The Six Week Sampler
Join us for The Six Week Sampler.
1/10 - Yoga with Weights: A yoga-focused flow with upper and lower body exercises, ending with restorative poses for a full body focus
1/17 - Restorative: A deeply relaxing style of yoga using bolsters, blocks and straps to support you through practice. The poses are receptive not active and are held for longer periods of time
1/24 - Yin Yoga: Unlike an active practice, Yin Yoga works the deeper tissues of ligaments, joints and deep fascial. Classes are quiet, and consist of long-held passive poses for a minute or more
1/31 - Yoga for Your Back: This class is for general back health. There is less of a flow with the focus is on therapeutic poses and alignment
2/7 - Gentle Yoga: A slow, meditative style of practice that includes time on the floor and may use a variety of props. A fantastic choice for beginners or yogis with injuries
2/14 - Aroma Yoga: This class uses essential oils with conscious movement, breath awareness
All Classes - Yoga Nidra: Guided "yogic sleep" that leads you to effortless relaxation, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. Length of the guided meditations will vary class to class
