This Healing Circle will include the ancient ceremony of Smudging to dispel negative energy, Yoga Nidra to bring you to a state of relaxation and healing ending with a Reiki Healing Attunement to release blocks for healing and rebalancing. You will also have an opportunity to journal your thoughts, feelings and experiences for later reflection.
